Information on this site is general

The guidance on this website about flooring materials, slab preparation, moisture, acclimation and installation methods is general information about how flooring behaves in the El Paso climate. It is not a professional assessment of your particular home. Only an in-person measurement can tell you what your slab, your rooms and your material actually need.

Prices shown are market ranges, not quotes

Any price range published on this site describes typical installed pricing in the El Paso market. It is not an offer, a quote, or a price from El Paso Flooring Pros. The only price that applies to your project is the written itemized quote we give you after measuring your home. That quote states its own terms and validity period.

Estimates

The in-home measurement is provided free and creates no obligation on either side. Requesting an estimate through this site is a request for contact, not a contract. A binding agreement exists only when a written quote has been accepted by both you and El Paso Flooring Pros.

Photographs

Photographs on this site show work completed by El Paso Flooring Pros. Materials, lighting, room conditions and the age of a floor all affect appearance, so no photograph should be treated as a guarantee of how a specific product will look in your home.

Warranty language on this site

Any workmanship warranty described on this site is summarised. The terms that apply to your job are the ones stated in your written quote and any warranty document we give you with it. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer, not by us, and are subject to their own terms.

Your responsibilities

If you are not the owner of the property, you are responsible for having the owner or property manager approve any work before it begins. If you supply your own material, you are responsible for the quantity ordered and the suitability of the product, though we will tell you at the measurement if we think something is wrong for the room.

The text, photographs and design of this website belong to El Paso Flooring Pros and may not be copied or republished without permission.

If we ever misrepresent what we are doing on your floor, that law is the one that matters, not this one.
