What does not change from one neighborhood to the next
Almost every home in El Paso County sits on a concrete slab poured over caliche, and caliche moves with moisture more than most soil types. That is true on the Westside and it is true in Horizon City. You can look up the soil under any address through the USDA Web Soil Survey.
So the process is the same everywhere: assess the slab, prep it properly, and install with the isolation, moisture control and expansion room the material needs. What changes is how much prep your particular slab turns out to need, which is exactly what the free measurement is for.

No. The in-home measurement is free anywhere in our service area, and travel is not a line item on the quote.
How far outside El Paso do you go?
We cover El Paso and the surrounding communities, including Horizon City, Socorro, Canutillo and Fort Bliss. If you are further out, call and ask. We would rather tell you honestly than have you wait on a callback that is not coming.
Is the process different depending on the part of town?
The process is the same everywhere. What changes is the slab. Older Central and Northeast homes often need more leveling. Newer East side and Horizon City builds are flatter but sit on soil that is still settling. We assess the slab at the measurement either way.
Do you serve homes in New Mexico near the state line?
Call and ask. We are based in and focused on El Paso County, and we will tell you plainly whether your address works for our crew.
Can you do more than one house on the same street?
Yes, and it usually saves everyone money. If a neighbor is doing the same job, tell us at the measurement and we will quote it accordingly.
